Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Head of MCL, FSL & Return Warehouse (Fulfilment by Lazada) di kantor PT Lastana Express Indonesia (Lazada Logistics) untuk domisili Depok serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Pelayanan & Logistik/Rantai Pasokan serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami inginkan ialah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Head of MCL (Multi Chanel Logistics), FSL (Forward Stock Logistics) and Return Warehouse report to Head Fulfilment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for warehouse functional process like Inbound, Outbound and Inventory, to achieve function target.
  • Review and oversee warehouse cost for each function that lead by warehouse manager to reach CPI target.
  • Proactively train, evaluate and motivate Outbound shop-floor team / associates.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and that prompt action is taken with any complaints that arise.
  • Ensure targets and deadlines are clearly understood and are being achieved.
  • Ensure that items are quality checked and handled with care at all times.
  • Ensure all customer orders are picked, packed, processed and shipped within agreed processes.
  • Carry out 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) practices within outbound area.
  • Manages and oversee specific operational team (Inbound, Outbound and Inventory).

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistic/Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Logistics Management with wide.
  • Have broad experience in logistics area (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory and Return, also Transportation).
  • Have experience in lean management or six sigma projects. Have Lean Sigma certificate is advantage.
  • Strong knowledge in logistics management and strategy.
  • Adept at identify issue and problem solving.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and organized.
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities.
  • Good in communication skills. Bahasa and english.
