MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The primary responsibilities include conducting fieldwork, collecting third party sources and performing diligent and thorough research and analysis. The majority of the assignments will be project specific including special reviews of macro topics will be required. 
• The collection of data includes, but is not limited to, the following: on-site inspection of respective real estate uses, interviews with area stakeholders, identification and survey of real estate developments, review of government data and inspection of a variety of other data sources.
• Analyzing economic, demographic and real estate data to determine material conditions (opportunities, risks and/or mitigations) associated with respective property sectors assigned by Clients.
• For each assignment, the completion of a well-documented written review with conclusions and recommendations will be required. 
• The position requires the ability to work both independently and in small groups.  Meeting due dates is of top importance. 
• Assist the Department Head and Manager in preparing business pitch collaterals, presentations and other needed matters to Clients and Investors.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from a reputable university (S1/S2) majoring in Urban Planning & Real Estate or Architecture Engineering
• Minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter and must be detail oriented.
• Proactive, positive and goal oriented with the ability to excel in both team and self-directed settings.
