Our client, a large Indonesian traditional food restaurant chain, is expanding – local & global, and looking for a talented Talent Management Manager to develop and implement talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop a highly skilled talent.

As a Talent Management Manager, you will responsible for developing and implementing talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop a highly skilled workforce. . You will work closely with senior management to understand the business strategy and translate it into enabling talent planning strategies and facilitate professional development initiatives. This role plays a critical part in aligning our workforce with the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead organization’s talent management strategy, roadmap, and operational plan, align with the organizations strategic talent agenda, to ensure talent capabilities and processes are in place to attract, retain, and develop talent and enable business priorities
• Engage, align, and communicate with key stakeholders at various levels across the organization to define, develop and implement talent development strategies
• Own capability development, drive continuous improvement, and deploy solutions and resources for the following talent programs: Performance Management, Organizational Talent Planning & Succession, Redeployment, and Engagement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Build a high performing, diverse team and foster a culture of learning, performance, and inclusion through the leadership and development of Talent Management Program

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree, major in Psychology, Human Resources Management or other related fields
• Minimum 8 years of professional HR/ Talent Management & Organization Development experience – preferred in F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of performance management systems and talent management strategies
• Relevant work experience of partnering effectively at senior levels within the organization and across Business/ Functional leadership 
• Strong Microsoft Office software experience specifically presentation and worksheet management
• Responsive, independent, collaborative, flexible, problem solver, willing to go into details, and work jointly with business Leaders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead, consult, and influence others 
• Self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs
• Willing to be placed in Solo
