Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field (graphic design and marketing job in retail) is required for this position, preferably in a shopping mall, advertising design, or event organizer
3. Good communication in English both written and spoken
4. High skill and knowledge of design using software/application like AUTOCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw (Adobe Series is a must), Canva and Video Editing
5. Creative, wide knowledge of current advertising, promotion and marketing trends to build in design and marketing support
6. Well-known media promotion materials and checking directly on the field
7. Good attitude, initiative, good communication, hardworking and discipline at work and in daily life
8. Able to work under pressure, act quickly, have a high sense of responsibility and can keep the deadline
9. Willing to work in BSD Area (Tangerang)
10. Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group

Job Description:

1. Creating designs including advertising material design (newspaper, magazine), publications (tabloid, flyer), in-house promotion (poster, flyer), social media, backdrop, merchandise, etc, with actively coordinating in concept and implementation
2. Actively provide input on advertising design trends in retail and shopping center promotion
3. Prepare a proposal for calendar promotion for all work of the New Business Department
4. Observe and review advertising & promotions programs and design at other retail and shopping malls
5. Actively seeking ideas to create interesting advertising and unique advertising design, specifically, that has a Japanese touch as the characteristic of AEON MALL
6. Conduct event documentation of events and business to be used as footage database
7. Liaise and perform active communication with other AEON MALL Indonesia graphic design to implement the New Business Dept Project
8. Handling the New Business Dept project’s social media, website and press release
