Butuh cepat. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Senior Construction & Design Responsible di tempat usaha PT Hindo untuk daerah Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Drafting Arsitektur (Desain & Arsitektur) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB- INTERIOR RESPONSIBLE

Responsible for designing and handling the new project to ensure that new project has the good image and quality to represent the brand, by a good planning, implementing, supervising and evaluating. 

KEY RESULTS AREAS

  1. To make design details for a new project that coming from the principal, and ensure that it be implemented on site.  
  2. Bidding with the contractor to build a new project
  3. Supervising the progress in a new project, and making a decision based on adjustments on-site with approval from the senior manager.
  4. To advise the budgeting for a new project.
  5. To communicate with the third party (contractor) and ensure all the designs can be implemented.
  6. Maintain the history of the new project record by designing a filing and updated drawing, and keeping past and current records.
  7. Resolve the issue that comes up on the site with the contractor, as advised by the senior manager.
  8. To fix the defects things from the new project after evaluation.

Requirements:

  1. 10-15 years of experience in designing and handling commercial projects
  2. Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
  3. English language is a must
  4. Experience in retail company is a plus.
