AVP of Product Owner

About the Role :

Ensure that the product being developed meets market needs and is required to act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team

What Will You Do :

1. To set a middle to long-term vision and strategy for the Company’s products.2. Build, develop, and lead product management in alignment with our company business objectives;3. Led the product discovery process to determine what product/feature/improvements to build & define, plan & prioritize product/feature/improvements based on Reach, Impact, Confidence &effort4. Led go to market by working closely with other teams & having visibility of the measurable impact of any initiative by using metrics to resolve issues, uncover business trends & future development4. Proposed solutions by defining business and functional requirements and then directly interfacing with technology teams to shepherd development including creating a roadmap with clear achievable milestones and realistic success criteria.5. Foster a culture of creativity collaboration and innovation in product design and development by ensuring that Market Analysis & appropriate product research is conducted in conjunction with the strategy6. Develop a strong team of product managers and designers by understanding the competencies needed for the team to extract it into people strategy.7. Giving attention & analyzing the performance result of the team to identify obstacles & achievement. Contribute to improving performance by actively doing mentorship, coaching, and giving appropriate credit to good achievers.

What we are looking for :

1. Minimum of >= 6 years experience with Agile Product Management.2. Have a track record in defining innovative product vision and also successfully executing the vision against clearly defined success metrics.3. Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience in turning data into actionable insights4. Experience leading product teams that require coordination of management, many stakeholders and cross-functional teams.5. You have a T-shaped personality and a good understanding in technology, business, UI/UX, and data, with a strong understanding in all or one of those areas.6. Have strong foundation & experience with the principles of the Agile Manifesto, Scrum methodology.7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with superior ability to articulate complex requirements to both technical and business audiences both small and large.
