Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3,0, Master’s degree is preferred
  • Have 12 years of experience in managing of Human Capital Management at managerial level
  • Direct report to CEO/Managing Director/ Director 
  • Excellent execution skill based on business plan, excellent conceptual and analytical thinking, leadership, business acumen, have solid communication skills to align work processes between Human Capital and its stakeholders
  • Able to translate company strategy into mid-range Human Capital Initiative Strategy (2 years)
  • Able to translate company strategy and business processes into the design of the company’s organizational structure
  • Able to create a competency design to produce a competency dictionary
  • Able to design employee development programs, create training modules and deliver training
  • Able to design and manage Performance Management including KPI alignment/cascading
  • Able to design compensation & benefit programs
  • Able to design a Talent Management program and its sustainable implementation
  • Understand the Job Evaluation process
  • Understand the company’s values and align them into the Human Capital Management system and be able to design and internalize the values for each individual in the company
  • Understand the process of building harmonious industrial relations, completing HI, and implementing UUTK
  • Willing to travel

Job Description:
 

  • Planning and coordinating the preparation of the HC budget
  • Analyzing, developing job descriptions, job evaluations, job grading, and organizational structures
  • Planning, coordinating and evaluating the effectiveness of the Performance Management System
  • Analyzing the company’s workforce needs in a year based on the company’s Business Planning
  • Recapitulating labor needs in terms of number & qualifications and make plans to meet labor needs
  • Communicating workforce needs through various methods and media
  • Organizing, coordinating, organizing and monitoring prospective employee selection activities, preparing work agreements and workforce placement
  • Organizing & coordinating ‘people mapping’ activities based on competency and performance gap analysis, identifying Top Talent and Emerging Talent and their development programs
  • Directing and evaluating the company’s philosophy and values internalization program
  • Designing, proposing, implementing and evaluating the implementation of remuneration policies (compensation & benefits)
  • Designing, implementing and communicating industrial relations policies and programs with employees
  • Establishing good relationships and provide relevant information/reports to external parties
  • Evaluating and coordinating the implementation of the Code of Ethics Policy throughout the company environment and interactions with external parties
  • Analyzing, approving subordinate recommendations for all HC SOPs covering Recruitment, Training, Remuneration, Personnel, Industrial Relations and Performance Management as well as monitor and evaluate their implementation
