Job Description :

  • To be responsible for manage Sell-out store to end user; Sell-through distributor to American Standard Priority Club and others Stores; Sell-in from LIXIL to distributors
  • Increase Pipeline horizon within Sales Force or Opportunity Management System 
  • Convert active pipeline to specified and won 
  • Payment support from Project side to Distributor & Distributor to LIXIL. 
  • Maintain Key Account 
  • Manage market share (spec) and distribution coverage (sales)
  • Maintain existing Distributor
  • Finding new Distributor
  • Acting as Market Intelligent
  • Conducts event, collaborate with Marketing
  • To monitor and develop salesman’s distributor selling skill and product knowledge on distributor
  • To be responsible for manage and evaluate SPG’s performance
  • Make coordination to pricing control PIC to secure budgeted gross margin 
  • Arranging the sales contract to the customer/buyer together with the third party (distributor)
  • Manage and Coordinating the PO, shipment, payment of the delivery of sanitary ware and faucet order to the customer (Monitor PO until product delivery to customer as their PO)
  • Maintain relationship with all customers including Developer, Architect, Contractor, Interior Designer and Distributor
  •  Monitor end to end after sales service process that related to customer complain & request.

Requirements :

  • Min. Diploma Degree in Any Education background
  • At least 2 years of experiences in Sales, especially having exposure in Building Material
  • Good relationship with stakeholder (architect, designer, and contractor)
