About Our Client

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic R&D plans aligned with the company’s business objectives
  • Lead the formulation and development of new products from concept to commercialization
  • Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and consumer trends.
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant local regulations and standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Prepare and review technical documents for regulatory submissions.
  • Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure product safety and efficacy.
  • Drive research initiatives to explore new ingredients, formulations, and technologies.
  • Manage the R&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Maintain good communication, relationship and other resources necessary for R&D activities.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D within the Water Base Adhesive (WBA) & Unsaturated Polyester Resin (UPR)
  • Proven track record of successful product development and commercialization.
  • In-depth knowledge of formulation science, ingredient functionality, and product testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the chemical sectors.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • High level of creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
