PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Head of Government Relations and Permit with the following details:

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience handling permits and licenses in the renewable energy or mining industry.
2. Proven experience in managing government relations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, Environmental Science, or a related field from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.5
4. Strong understanding of the regulatory frameworks in the renewable energy or mining industries.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to engage effectively with government officials and stakeholders.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex regulatory issues.
8. Proven leadership and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
9. High ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance.
10. Proficiency in relevant software for document management and reporting.

Job Description:

1. Oversee the acquisition, renewal, and management of permits and licenses required for business operations in the renewable energy or mining sectors.
2. Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulations related to permits and licenses.
3. Prepare and submit documentation for permit applications and renewals.
4. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, and key stakeholders.
6. Act as the primary liaison between the company and government bodies on regulatory matters.
7. Represent the company in meetings, discussions, and negotiations with government entities.
8. Provide strategic advice on regulatory risks and opportunities to senior management.
9. Collaborate with departments like Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Business Development on regulatory matters.
10. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all permits and licenses.
11. Prepare regular reports on permit status, regulatory compliance, and government relations activities.
