Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 4.600.000 - Rp 5.100.000.

Job Description:

As an Offline Sales Administrator for General Trade (GT), you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our offline sales processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating sales activities, processing orders, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the sales team to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order Processing: Manage the processing of sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, including order entry, tracking, and delivery coordination.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels.
  • Customer Support: Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports, track sales performance, and assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and timely replenishment.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Coordination: Liaise with the sales team, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of sales activities and order fulfillment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving sales processes and administrative efficiency and recommend solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales and administrative activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales administration role, preferably within the general trade or consumer goods sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and sales management software (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing sales orders and records.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve sales and administrative issues.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience: Experience in the general trade sector or in a similar offline sales administration role.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with sales reporting tools and inventory management systems.
  • Additional Languages: Proficiency in additional languages may be an advantage
