Dibutuhkan. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi QC QA SUPERVISOR di tempat usaha PT Rodamas untuk domisili Cikarang Pusat & Jawa Barat atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami butuhkan adalah Penjaminan & Kontrol Mutu (Sains & Teknologi) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum education: S1 majoring in Chemical Engineering/Food Technology/Microbiology/Biology/Pharmacy
  • Minimum 3 years experience as QC/QA Supervisor in the food manufacturing industry
  • Understand and carry out microbiological, physicochemical and organic analysis methods
  • Understand the flow of the food production process
  • Understand and carry out GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal Guarantee System
  • Have good leadership, communication & analytical skills
  • Able to speak English actively both orally and in writing
  • Have integrity, honest & responsible
  • Mastering Ms. Office & SAP
  • Advanced experience for FSSC22000 as a certified auditor
  • Manage and respond a customer quality complaint
  • Experienced in BPOM registration
  • Experienced in export applications as QC 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Check the results of microbiological, chemical and organoleptic analyzes of the product.
  • Monitor production line cleaning effectiveness inspection activities.
  • Monitor water and air quality inspection activities in the production area.
  • Prepare product specifications, raw materials and packaging materials.
  • Coordinate with other departments in fulfilling the requirements of the Halal Guarantee System and Food Safety Management System.
  • Coordinate with Dept. warehouse in releasing products to be sent to customers.
  • Coordinate with Dept. warehouse in separating products that do not meet standards.
  • Release products that meet the standards in the SAP Business One program.
  • Handle products that do not meet standards according to procedures.
  • Conduct a good issue to select products that will be used as samples in the SAP Business One program.
  • Responsible for inventory of chemicals and laboratory equipment.
  • Monitor the use of sanitation chemicals in the laboratory.
  • Write a complaint letter for raw/packaging materials to the supplier.
  • Report the results of checking the effectiveness of production line cleaning to the production department.
  • Report the results of water and air quality inspections to the engineering department.
  • Periodically verify measuring instruments related to products and processes.
  • Responsible for compiling the calibration of measuring instruments.
  • Conduct personal hygiene checks on production employees.
  • Responsible for preparing documents related to QA/QC and HACCP plans.
  • Report the results of internal audits related to halal to LPPOM MUI.
  • Carry out the MD number registration process and include the halal logo with the POM Agency.
  • Monitor pest control activities in the factory area.
