Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi SHIPPING STAFF (EXPORT IMPORT) di perusahaan PT AKT Indonesia untuk kota/kab Kabupaten Pasuruan & Jawa Timur dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Impor/Ekspor & Pabean (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 4.600.000 - Rp 5.600.000.

SHIPPING STAFF (EXIM)

MAIN ROLE OF THE POSITION (Primary Job Role):

Responsible for all import and export duties by carrying out goods trading process activities both within and outside the country and preparing all forms of documents required for carrying out export-import activities.

MAIN TASKS (Key Tasks):

Export and Import Documentation Handling:

  • Prepare and process export-import documents such as Bill of Lading (B/L), Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), and other required documents.
  • Handle permits and customs clearance documents for goods entering or leaving the Bonded Zone.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and relevant institutions such as Customs, the Ministry of Trade, and the Bonded Zone Management Agency.

Coordination with Related Parties:

  • Communicate with internal teams such as production, warehouse, and purchasing departments to ensure smooth shipping processes.
  • Build relationships with vendors, forwarders, and third parties to ensure shipments are on schedule.

Logistics and Transportation Management:

  • Arrange shipments via air, sea, or land, and ensure cost-efficient transportation.
  • Monitor goods in transit and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
  • Oversee container stuffing and unstuffing processes following safety standards and procedures.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain and update inventory data related to export-import goods in ERP systems or other software.
  • Prepare monthly reports on export-import activities, including Export Realization Reports (LRE) and Bonded Zone Import Reports (PIB-KB).
  • Compile performance evaluation reports on shipments and provide improvement recommendations.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all export-import activities comply with government regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular document audits to ensure no violations in export-import administration within the Bonded Zone.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Any Major.
  • Age 25 – 35 Years.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in export-import, particularly within a Bonded Zone.
  • Understand export-import procedures and regulations, especially those applicable within Bonded Zones.
  • Proficient in IT inventory systems, such as SAP, ERP, or other logistics management systems.
  • Skilled in handling customs clearance and shipment procedures (PEB, PIB, COO, B/L, and others).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Oral & Written).
  • Strong analytical skills and able to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Able to identify problems in the export-import process and find effective solutions.
  • Have Communication and Teamwork Skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Physically and Mentally Healthy.
  • Have talent as a Team Leader.
  • Ready to work overtime if needed.
  • Good Behavior (Proven by SKCK).
  • Willing to attend tests/recruitment process (offline) and Work at the Pasuruan (PIER).
