Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Account Manager di perusahaan PT IT Group Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami inginkan ialah Manajemen Akun & Relasi (Penjualan) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 5.800.000 - Rp 8.600.000.

Job Descriptions:

  • Create new opportunity of products and solutions from new and or existing Customers
  • Provide price quotations / estimate and insure that the price is right and meet with client requirement
  • Must be able to find, build and maintain strong relationship with new or existing client to make sure the customers satisfied
  • Identify and win new PIC and or customers through effective new business development and account management
  • Be able to manage very high revenue based opportunities commercially to meet revenue and margin growth strategies 
  • Be able to manage 5 – 10 customers. 
  • Focus on prospects or projects that can generate revenue by at least 1 Billion. 
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts 
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts 
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis 
  • Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner 
  • Prepare and Present monthly, Quarter, half year and annual sales report and business plans to Sales Manager as well 
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
     

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3), At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related jobs 
  • Having experience and networking / relationships in the area Banking, FSI, Telco, State Own Enterprise (BUMN), Government, are preferred. 
  • Having experience and understanding of selling any software with a subscription model. 
  • Having experience and understanding of creating projects and selling IT solutions in the area of Operating System, Virtualization, DevSecOps, Middleware, API, Database and ITM, 
  • Automation and System Integration. – Age 20 – 35 years old 
  • Have English language skills (write and verbal) 
  • Strong Communication (Verbal & Written)
  • Required Skill(s): Account Management, Sales and IT Related, Selling Skill, Negotiation skill and Office Application 
  • Understanding of contract, term and condition, SLA – Understand basic financial rules, Profit & Loss, COGS, budget – Understand basic project management, proposal, RF

    Must-Have Skills:
