Then come in and join our Indonesia team as a Business Performance Controller. The role reports directly to the Business Performance Controlling Manager.

Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You are responsible to prepare, consolidate, review, and present the monthly rolling forecast to monitor target achievement against set annual targets, manage risks and opportunities and drive forecast accuracy.
  • You will lead performance controlling such as deviation analysis, potential risks, and opportunities, KPI bridging, FX impact and comparability reporting, etc. to create meaningful insights for country management and regional headquarters.
  • You will drive the preparation and alignment of annual budget and target-setting planning and reporting process.
  • You will oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting activities, ensuring accurate cost controlling and timely completion of reports.
  • You will ensure high quality of accounting and reporting for the legal entity according to Siemens Healthineers financial guidelines and strict compliance with Local GAAP.
  • You will manage the daily accounting and finance operations with activities such as trade finance, treasury, vendor billing management, fixed assets and local pension topics.
  • As governance owner, you will initiate review of local policy and process as they pertain to business controlling.
  • You will manage improvements on accounting and reporting processes by employing digitalization and automation.

Your qualifications and experiences:


  • You hold a successfully completed Bachelor or master’s degree in Controlling, Accounting or Finance
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Controlling / Finance and Digitalization
  • You understand business finance terms, process, and management.
  • You have strong technical SAP knowledge and experience in FI-CO and CO-PA modules.
  • You are fluent in English as you will be required to work closely with regional stakeholders; other languages will be advantageous.

Your personality and skills:


  • You are highly collaborative, interacting cross-functionally with several departments of the business.
  • You will have to work with our latest technology and therefore be willing to learn about new software tools and hardware solutions.
  • You possess strong communication skills and can clearly articulate and present concepts.
  • You have very good presentation skills and shows team orientation.
  • You possess intermediate to advance Microsoft Office Skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI etc) & digitalization modelling skills ( e.g. PowerBI)
