Segera dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Inbound Managaer di perusahaan PT Duta Daya Digital untuk kota/kab Tangerang dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Untuk syarat yang PT kami butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 15.000.000 - Rp 21.000.000.

What will you do :

  • Leading a team of sales representatives: Responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of sales representatives who are skilled in handling inbound inquiries from potential customers.
  • Setting sales targets: work with senior management to set sales targets for their team and develop strategies to meet or exceed those targets.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales data: Regularly monitor sales data to identify trends, track performance against targets, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members: Work with their team members to help them improve their sales skills and provide guidance on how to handle challenging sales situations.
  • Collaborating with other departments: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure that their team is providing the best possible customer experience.
  • Creating and implementing sales processes: Responsible for creating and implementing sales processes that are efficient, effective, and scalable.
  • Maintaining customer relationships: Work to maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring that their team is providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications :

  • A sales manager should have 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the same industry as the company they are applying to. include a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required for a sales manager position. A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field can be beneficial for career advancement
  • Must have strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire their sales team. They should be able to set clear goals and expectations for their team and provide guidance and support to help their team achieve those goals.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for a sales manager. They should be able to communicate effectively with their team, as well as with other departments within the organization, customers, and prospects.
  • Able to analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Should have a strong customer focus, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Should be proficient in using computer software programs such as customer relationship management (CRM) software, sales analytics software, and Microsoft Office.
