Manage and coordinate all activities (measurement, evaluation, and improvement) based on leadership and ongoing development in the engineering process for passenger cars with company standard and assist serial production at axle assembly.

Mainly will be focus on projects, new model projects, and activities related to the production process, as described below:

 Production Process Planning Activity:

• Responsible for process planning of axle assembly for all models
• Ensure that the axle assembly process has fulfilled the standard from MBAG
• Plan the layout, control plan, tools, facility, equipment including program and software of axle assembly for all models
• Plan and ensure the material allocation (including consumption material) for axle assembly line
• Plan and prepare the working instruction for axle assembly for all models
• Coordinate and ensure the implementation of regular and irregular alteration related to jigs, fixture, tools, assembly document, consumption material, and equipment changing in the documentation system and distribute it to the production line
• Plan and ensure the required jigs/equipment/tools for axle assembly line based on company standard
• Plan and ensure the needed manpower and standard hours for axle assembly
• Manage and maintain the validity of axle assembly document
• Fulfill the continuous improvement to achieve efficiency & effectiveness in production line
• Coordinate and organize problem solving analysis for axle assembly line
• Ensure that the working result is correct before delivered to the next process or customer
• Cross function coordination

 Responsible for Projects / New Model Projects:

• Coordinate and monitor the projects activities related to axle of new model and make sure that the project is always on track
• Prepare and plan the layout/station list, documents, jigs, tools, and equipment to fulfill the requirement of new model axle project
• Coordinate, communicate and follow up the progress and status of each project activity with other project members internally and with external vendors.
• Provide and order the required jigs, tools, and equipment from local market or overseas market
• Distribute and inform all the necessary assembly document (which are related to new model project) to production line, quality, logistic, and other relevant department and ensure that all document are well-understood within the team
• Be active in all projects activities and initiatives in passenger car division and give contribution to the regular team meeting
• Perform and ensure to achieve the KPI target and goal of the project
• Perform in the continues improvement activities which are related to productivity, quality, ergonomic, and safety

Education level:

University Graduate in Industrial / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering

Experience:

4 years experienced in production engineering

• Confidence and possess the capacity to express ideas clearly
• Effective presentation skills
• Technical competence (tool, equipment, tightening, safety relevant, ergonomic issues)
• A pro-active attitude
• Foreign language: English (must) and German (would be advantage)
• Software with intermediate level: MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Access)
• Drawing Software: AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, CATIA
• Software: CGIS, Dialog, WIS, SAP
• Basic knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, SMK3 and Eco Industry
