Job Description

  1. Responsible for achieving sales and after-sales targets in line with the Company’s goals.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
  3. Develop plans for the team’s growth and development to meet organizational needs and enhance their competencies.
  4. Provide coaching and counseling to the team to address issues and obstacles and offering alternative solutions when needed.
  5. Coordinate effectively with various dealers and main dealers.

Job Classification

  1. Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 years of experience as a Branch Head in the automotive field, preferably with the Toyota or Daihatsu brand.
  3. Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate the team effectively.
  4. Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented, with a focus on achieving company objectives. 
  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including dealers and main dealers.
  6. Placement: Jababeka & Tangerang.
