Job Description:

  • Planning the needs of manpowers, machines & tooling and also project improvement system/procedure.
  • Analyzing and evaluating about machines, system & tooling investment based on standard.
  • Lead culture change by driving Lean Six Sigma breakthrough strategies across the organization, focusing on major business initiatives.
  • Actively find opportunities for system improvement project to enhance company performance.
  • Follow up & monitor the implementation of proposed project, ensure the project can run effectively & smoothly implemented

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Autocad
  • Having good logic & strong analytical ability; strong interpersonal & communication skill.
  • Proaactive, hard working person, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced.
