Facility Officer:

Qualification:
1. 24-28 years old
2. Bachelor / Associate Bachelor from Engineering Field (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrument, Mechatronic any related major).
3. Familiar with Document Control (Creating, Documenting, Controlling) for All Facility Maintenance Activities
4. Have Knowledge of Facility/Utility machines such as transformers, LVMDB, generators, compressors, Cooling towers, Gas Supply, etc.
5. Experience in the Manufacturing industry, especially in Electronics will be an advantage
6. Ability to use English as a working language.

Experience Requirement:
1. Minimum 2-4 years experience as a Facility/Utility Maintenance Officer.

Responsibility/Job Description:
1. Develop a Maintenance Master Plan based on maintenance strategy by determining a clear timeline, proper job steps, and parts required.
2. Planning and controlling resource budget for expense spare parts, services, and consumables for the Facility Maintenance Department
3. Controlling Inventory, Critical Part, Buffer Stock, and Dead Stock.
4. Create & Maintain maintenance records to ensure accurate equipment histories for future analysis.
5. Determining and ensuring all Functions are in compliance with local, national, and group codes and regulations.
5. Have a knowledge regarding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
7. PDCA Cycle Thinking with 5S Activity within
8. Enter the Purchase Requisition using SAP/ERP also responsible for Good Receipt

Skills/Competency:
1. Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills adept at interacting with Internal & External.
4. Adaptable, smart, and willing to learn and grow.
