Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
  • Required language(s): English and Japanese language (will be an advantage)
  • At least 10 years of working experience in a related field.  Preferably in a shopping mall.
  • Has professional certificates such as Fire Safety Manager, K3, and Building Maintenance from government-accredited institutions or associations.
  • Skilled at managing and analyzing cost
  • Capable of negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors.  Has a wide range of business contacts.
  • Capacity to establish positive working relationships with each mall’s facility managers and related departments to promote the enhancement of the standard and efficiency of mall facilities management
  • Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level.
  • Mature, pleasant personality, analytical, good communication, hard-working, independent & able to fulfill the target with less supervision.
  • Well-reporting and capability in computer software such as Office, Autocad, and others
  • •Willing to work in the BSD area
  • •Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group

Job Description:

  • Manage, support, and control facility matters from pre-opening up to grand opening of new mall
  • Coordinate, manage, give direction and control the vendor team for facility matters
  • Support and control the facility performance of all malls 
  • Make monthly report of Mall facility performance
  • Review and advise to Mall’s Facility Manager for Budget preparing and controlling
  • Review and advise to Mall’s Facility Manager for Energy Saving
  • Review and advise to Mall’s Facility Manager for Safety Management
  • Review and advise to Mall’s Facility Manager for Environmental concern
  • Review and advise to Mall’s Facility Manager for License/Permit management
  • Liaise and performing active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL to run smoothly of facility management activity
  • Update and implement any government regulation related to mall’s facility
