PT Yokefood Industries Indonesia is A Member of F&N Group. A very well established & well known Consumer Goods company in ASEAN. Since 2013, F&N Group is a part of ThaiBev, making it one of the biggest Food & Beverages Consumer Goods company not only in ASEAN, but also Asia. 

Our brands such as F&N, 100Plus, Dayday, Sunkist, has been presented well in Indonesia & keep on growing. Currently we’re looking for potential talents to help us grow Indonesia business.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the customer’s business goals, strategies, and pain points in order to tailor the company’s product and service offerings to meet their needs.
  • Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and promotional programs to secure favorable agreements that benefit both Principal and Key Accounts.
  • Supervise and liaise with related stakeholders (i.e sales team, marketing, distributor and key accounts) to ensure excellent execution for all commercial activities.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact and liaison between the FMCG company and the customer, coordinating cross-functional support from marketing, supply chain, and other teams.
  • Assist Key Account Manager to deliver Volume, Value, and Profitability for related Key Accounts as per Company’s Objective.
  • To lead or participate in any commercial projects which assigned by management team.

This role is responsible to:

  1. Deliver company’s objective as aligned with Key Account Manager which cover but not limited to deliver sales target, 
  2. Develop highly communication with Key Accounts and Monitoring the customer’s performance,
  3. Identifying opportunities to improve joint business planning
    and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable university.
  • Min 2 years working experience as part of Key Account Management in
    FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record to liaise between key accounts, principal, and
    distributor team.
  • Strong exposure in beverage or dairies category would be an
    advantage.
  • Sufficient knowledge in key account and distributor operation.
  • Attention to details and analyze data into actionable points.
