SKINTIFIC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in reviewing contracts, agreements with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), handling trading terms, and marketing documents. This role requires a strong understanding of legal principles and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements with KOLs and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze and ensure compliance of marketing documents with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Provide legal advice to the marketing and business development teams.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks related to marketing activities and partnerships.
  • Maintain and organize legal documents and records.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract review, preferably with experience in agreements involving KOLs and marketing documents.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in legal research and MS Office Suite.
  • Able to join ASAP
  • Able to follow WFO setting (Office location: Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar industry or working with marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with intellectual property law as it relates to marketing.
  • Previous experience in a corporate legal department.
