• Energetic & willing to work based on retail business hours and used to work under pressure

• Willing to be relocated to other stores

• Have a Toys background is a good point

• Strong communication and problem solving skills

• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

Job Desc:

• Responsible for day to day operational activities includes:

• process and control

• customer services

• Manage store team

• Coaching and counseling

• Sales, Inventory/stock control

• Data Analysis & Reporting

• Technical Proficiency: Stay current with industry trends by managing technical aspects, including social media marketing, online ordering systems, and digital payment applications to enhance customer engagement.

• Report for management
