Dibutuhkan. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR Recruitment & Administration di kantor Thamrin Group untuk kota/kab Palembang & Sumatera Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusaahan butuhkan adalah Perekrutan – Internal (Sumber Daya Manusia & Perekrutan) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology field from a reputable university.
  • Knowledge of recruitment administration or management, with an understanding of supporting successful hiring processes.
  • Present a strong and diverse portfolio that highlights organizational and administrative skills.
  • Exhibit knowledge of recruitment management tools, documentation, and familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Showcase strong organizational skills and proficiency in coordinating recruitment activities to bring innovative and practical solutions to challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of providing administrative support for recruitment processes from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Assist in adjusting recruitment plans to align with management needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and meet evolving hiring requirements.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates, assessing their suitability for various roles and ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Ensure timely production of accurate recruitment documentation and reports.
  • Knowledge in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets, recruitment software, and other relevant tools to enhance the overall recruitment process.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. Foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating effective teamwork and the ability to support and motivate team members.
