TOPGOLF is a company that operates in the golf retail sector, present in the community with the initial concept of a golf shop that sells luxury golf clubs and club fittings. TOPGOLF is also the first golf shop in Indonesia to combine sales of golf clubs with club fitting. Founded in 2007, it currently has almost 30 stores in Indonesia.

TOPGOLF also provides products specifically for Golfer in Indonesia. For beginners or those who are learning golf, we provide training kids which consist of special golf equipment for practicing. For those of you who want to adjust and perfect your golf equipment, we also provide simulator detectors and clubs fitting.

Fungsion : Organizing, Selecting, Analyzing, Monitoring, Planning, Directing purchasing, Marketing activities, Distribution channels, Pricing, Promotions

Job & Responsbility :

• Work cross functionally with Operations and Marketing to deliver strategic projects allowing Topgolf to offer the best customer experience
• Develop and execute optimal category strategies, pricing, promotions plan, range, availability, and cost prices 
• Work with suppliers / vendors base to negotiate terms, and ensure a reliable and operationally effective flow of goods to our fulfillment warehouses / centers
• Partner with suply chain, operational team to manage inventory levels
• Share product information with operations 
• Monitoring IL 
• Educate staff & VM
• Product purchasing, analysis & monitoring
• Coordinate with marketing team for launching product, create affiliates content to increase brand awareness
• Having communication with BA/KOL
• Update product brand & display

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree from any major
• Experienced minium 3 years in the same experience
• Having background from Retail Apparel & Fashion Industry 
• Having background marketing is a plus 
• Strong Communication in English
• Good team player and agile person to catch up with fast pace & dynamic environment
• Easy going, independent & Friendly 
• Good in Ms Excel
