Scopes of work: 

• Coordinate operations in the laboratory in order to ensure tests execution as per the defined study protocols.
• Ensure all materials, consumables and tools are available in the right quantity to guarantee the continuity of the activities
• Train lab technicians to operate/maintain and calibrate machines as well as exectute laboratory tests.
• Ensure that all necessery PPEs are available for every lab tech and EHS rules are fully respected in ALT laboratory.
• Ensure cycling KPI targets are fullfilled.
  Coordinate logistics activities for devices, consumables & equipment to be used in the lab.
• Check laboratory testing protocols and train lab technicians according to protocol.
• Organize and store spare parts, devices with battery, according to safety instructions.
• Maintaining daily logs and equipment record books.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Order laboratory supplies, as needed.
• Provide technical support, when necessary.
• Keeping up to date with relevant technical developments
• Ensure that equipment are maintained and calibrated as per ISO requirements (where applicable), in due time, in order to ensure the accuracy of the results, providing technical supports whenever is required.
• Prepare and maintain logbooks for each equipment according with QMS requirements.
• Ensure retention samples collection, storage and track, in complete respect of company standards, nevertheless their disposal according to EHSS regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
• In principle 3 years of experience in laboratory accredited environment and experience in basic electronic and mechanical tools.
  (ISO 17025)
• Knowledge of relevant standards (ISO), QA processes & electronic/mechanical tools are advantage. 
• Knowledge on statistical and analytical tools. 
• Ability to transform data into information (reporting skills).
• In depth knowledge of QHSE management systems, preventative measures, and laboratory best practices.
• Leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ..)
• Working placement in Karawang – West Java
