PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company; stella Group international based in China (https://www.stella.com.hk/).
Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency – Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Responsibilities

• Attend the training and get job rotation in such as Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Development etc.
• Learn various knowledge of footwear and staff management from each function, including operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business. such as Lean Training and Manufacturing Management system.
• Attend mandarin class and perform a good learning progress
• Perform routine duty which is set by upper management and meet goals and objectives set upon the position
• Report to manager on the progress of learning and task progress
• Observe experienced workers or peers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
• Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data-entry, monthly presentation creation, customer service as needed
• Participate into projects required by manager to gain related products/process/improvement knowledges.
• Work on site at Pemalang Regency – Central Java,

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, young graduates are also welcome
• Proficient in Chinese(Mandarin) and Bahasa  *Fresh Graduated are welcome.
• Motivate toward career growth and learning
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Accept short-term training in Domestic and overseas.
• Experience in Shoes Manufacturing will be a PLUS
