Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi AR Staff di kantor PT Esensi Solusi Buana untuk kota/kab Jakarta Utara serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan yang PT kami butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma) & Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup bersaing tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

About the role:

Account Receivable Staff correctly bill clients for goods of services. They work with other departments to verify and record transactions and resolve account discrepancies. They also collect the correct amounts from their customers on time by providing the necessary support throughout those processes.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables data
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
  • Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete
  • Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

  • Proven working experience as an Accounts Receivable Staff, AR Manager, or Accountant
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (JDE or other full-scale ER Software)
  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
