Monitor corporate and industry related information across news channels through media monitoring tools

Assess media coverage trends, sentiment, and topics discussion to gain insights into public perception towards GoTo and its industries

Identify conversation trends and potential issues relevant to the company’s needs.

Perform data cleansing, validation, and preliminary analysis to ensure data integrity and quality.

Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on media performance, sentiment analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and provide data-driven actionable insights to improve media relations, decision making, and communication plans 

Maintain and update media monitoring databases and reporting tools/dashboards.

Continuous assessment of existing tools’ usability, functionality, & performance

Promptly report bugs, glitches, errors to the technology team
