Job Description :

• Responsible for managing high quality care with positive patient outcomes.
• Responsible for the functions and achievements of the nursing unit in the Hospital, this includes planning, implementing, and evaluating the work program of the nursing unit.
• Responsible for implementing and evaluating approved policies, procedures, and standards of care necessary for the coordination and delivery of excellent patient-focused care.
• Accountable for compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Evaluates the outcomes of patient care; uses patient satisfaction information to recommend and integrate appropriate changes.
• Collaborates with Medical Director and other directors/managers to investigate and resolve grievances and complaints from patients and staff.
• Manages and supervises direct patient care providers, assistive and support personnel on the patient care unit.
• Achieves and maintains a professional staff committed to patient centered care.
• Promotes, develops and evaluates processes and systems for patient care, advocates for resources and systems improvements when necessary.
• Accountable for applying the unit budget and meeting financial targets to balance resource expenditures with workload.
• Collaborate with other department in identifying current and future service needs and share responsibility for meeting these needs.
• Create and provide related reports, other supporting activities in hospital nursing services.

Qualification :

• Minimum Education NERS, preferably also having Master’s in Nursing.
• 5 (Five) or more years of Nursing Management experience ( Preferably having 3 years’ experience in emergency room nursing, critical care, occupational health, or critical care ).
• Having Certification in Nursing Management and Preferably having experience in handling Hospital Accreditations with plenary record.
• Strong and proven Leadership, demonstrated ability to adapt working style and work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Business and cost management and monitoring to plan budget
• Computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, electronic health record software
