Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Project Manager di perusahaan PT MAP AKTIF ADIPERKASA untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup lumayan tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Job Summary:
- Responsible for managing MAA digital projects across SBUs in the region, including to prepare, plan and execute project as well as implementing the change control process to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of a diverse digital projects, typically involving multiple functions within the organization.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Coordinate internal resources (MAA business owners & IT) / third parties (vendors) to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
- Monitor the progress of the project on a regular basis and make necessary adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the project on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Use advanced project management approaches and tools to develop a detailed project plan, track progress, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with all involved stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related studies
- Min. 5 years of experience working in project management related to digital platforms, technology or computer domain
- Strong project management skills
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, agile) is a plus
