We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor Degree Holder
• At least 2-3 years experience as Sales Wholesales in Insurance Company
• Showing responsibility, keen to help others and partner, high alert in giving respond, and sharp in giving analysis.
• Strong in communication and personal development
• Target oriented and sales driven

Nice to Haves:

• Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

On the job you will:

• Work closely with Region Head & Branch Manager in Adira Area
• Responsible for managing Sales production generate by Adira seller
• Build good relationship with Partner (Adira) in Area to ensure the business running well
• Control Sales process activity to make sure the activity is on track with Regional Strategy so the result will achieve the business plan
• Ensure the quality of Sales process, to minimize fraud and Customer complain.
• As Manulife Indonesia representative in the region of Adira, the person to Manage the overall business process and relationship with partner to undertake any solution to all issue arise in the region.
