Job description & requirements

We’re looking for a team member in our fast-growing company as an Art Director that will be responsible for leading the design team in the creation of visually stunning and innovative digital products that deliver an exceptional user experience. You will be responsible for developing design strategies that align with the agency’s overall creative direction and ensure that the agency’s visual identity is consistent and cohesive across all digital platforms.

 Job Descriptions

• Lead the design team in the development of user-centered design concepts and strategies that are innovative, visually stunning, and deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Collaborate closely with the UX team to ensure that the user experience is optimized and that the designs are user-friendly, accessible, and intuitive.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, copywriters, and project managers, to ensure that the designs are consistent with the overall vision of the project and meet the client’s objectives.
• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for the agency’s digital platforms, ensuring that all designs are consistent with the agency’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure that the agency is at the forefront of design innovation.
• Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions to develop new design concepts and strategies, and to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Review and approve final designs and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure that all designs meet the agency’s high standards of quality.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase the agency’s design capabilities and expertise.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in visual communication design, digital design, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on UI/UX design.
• Proven experience leading design teams and managing projects from concept to completion.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and other industry-standard design software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and best practices for designing for mobile, web, and other digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of design quality.
• Experience working in Agile or other iterative development methodologies is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work, including examples of innovative design concepts and strategies.
• Willing to work hybrid at Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
