Your Mission

• Develop and implement strategies for contract and vendor management to support business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the contract and vendor management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee the drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance with legal requirements.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive contract management system to track contract status, key dates, and obligations.
• Ensure all contracts are up-to-date and reflect current business needs and regulatory changes.
• Develop and manage relationships with key vendors, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
• Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, delivery, and service criteria.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of vendors to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
• Address and resolve vendor-related issues and disputes promptly and effectively.
• Identify potential risks in contracts and vendor relationships, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for contract and vendor management.
• Monitor and control costs associated with vendor contracts, seeking opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with vendors to optimize value for the organization

Ideal Candidate

• Preferably graduate in bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Preferably with 10 years of experience in contract management, vendor management, procurement, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Pleasant personality, good communication, negational skills, and strong and analytical skills
• Knowledge of palm oil industry, futures & trading market.
• Willingness to take on more responsibilities within the job scope.
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
