Job Description:

• Design and develop compelling training materials, activities, and other collaterals according to the brands/products specialty.
• Deliver engaging online and offline training session to ensure great understanding of the brands/products and selling skill.
• Assess, evaluate, and document the results of each training session.
• Provide counsel and guidance to the sales/marketing team regarding each brands/products.
• Collaborate with brand managers and other relevant department to guarantee the most updated information about the brands/products is being delivered correctly.
• Monitor training effectivity and gather feedback from training participants to improve the quality of future training sessions.
• Create and maintain training documentation and report for future references.
• Train and educate sales force from head office, branches, and partners to ensure deep understanding regarding the brands, products, and services; including selling skills, strategy, and communication.
• Oversee training implementation in branches and partners to ensure and maintain consistent and effective knowledge application.
• Provide support and recommendations for the sales force to apply knowledge and achieve sales target.
• Evaluate the sales force performance in each branches and partners and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with branch managers to identify the relevant aspects that needs improvement and design a tailored training session specific to respond to the unique challenges and needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor to maintain relevancy and ensure strong comprehension of the local business environment.

Qualifications:

• Max. 40 years old with diploma/bachelor’s degree. Certification in professional training or related field is a plus.
• Well-groomed, confident, and have strong presentation skill; excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• Have a thorough understanding and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of aesthetic / medical aesthetic device and machine / beauty / personal care / wellness industry trends, news, and updates.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering hands-on training programs on aesthetic devices/machine ; experience with conducting assessments and evaluating training program effectiveness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and multimedia tools to support smooth and successful training sessions.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in creating and reviewing training materials.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to collaborate effectively with other teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
