Segera dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Assistant (Mandarin Mandatory) di tempat usaha PT. XCMG GROUP INDONESIA - 徐工印尼公司 untuk kota/kab Jakarta Utara atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Staf / Administrasi umum serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan adalah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup bersaing tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Sales Assistant （销售内勤/助理）

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities :1. Sales Assistant （销售内勤/助理）:

协助销售部处理业务谈判，业务跟踪，业务回款等 Assist the sales dept to deal with business negotiations, business tracking, business payment collection, etc.
销售团队日常管理 Daily management of sales team
各区销售业绩数据报表的收集, 统计，分析与管理 Collection, statistics, analysis and management of sales performance data reports in each district/area.
协助销售部门销售人员, 通过部门数据分析, 提出改善方案, 提高部门业绩 Assist the sales team to manage the sales staff of the department, and through the department data analysis, propose improvement plans to improve department performance
向领导汇报, 完成上传下达的销售运营制度, 规则, 流程的沟通 Report to the leader and complete the communication of the uploaded sales operation system, rules, and procedures
负责应收账款的跟踪及异常处理且定期对部门客户汇款情况进行分析汇报 Responsible for the tracking and exception handling of accounts receivable, and regularly analyze and report on department customer remittances
协助销售团队的其他建设与管理需求 Assist Sales Team for other needed to Building and Management

人员条件要求 Personnel requirements :

20到35岁, 外表端庄有礼, 中文和英文强 Between 20 to 35 years old, dignified and courteous, strong in Mandarin and English.
销售助理的至少大学毕业 S1, 经济系或外语系，租赁业务员的有工程机械租赁相关行业从业经验者优先For Sales Assistant at least Bachelors Degree S1, Major Economics or Foreign Language, or engineering machinery leasing-related industry experience is preferred for Admin Leasing
中国毕业生优先录取 Priority graduates from Cina University
1-3年以上销售总监助理工作经验, 有数据分析经验, 有同行业岗位经验者优先 At least 1-3 years of Sales Director Assistant work experience, Data Analysis Experience, Preferred Experience in the same Industry.
中文流利（说,听, 读, 写） Fluent in Mandarin ( speaking, listening, reading, writing)
精通 Word, Excel, PPT 等办公软件 Familiar use Word, Excel, PPT and other office software
有好的数据分析功底, 对数字敏感思路严谨 Have good data analysis skill, Rigorous thinking about digital sensitivity
熟悉销售流程, 具有一定的市场销售分析能力, 计划执行能力 Good Understand with Sales SOP, Have certain Market Sales Analysis Ability, Plan Execution Ability.
