In this position, you will be responsible for Projects planning and initiative activities, which are:

• Responsible for Implementation of New product in assembly passenger car, axle, and engine.
• Fulfillment the Target of the project based on agreement
• Ensuring and planning the preparation phase of implementation new product.
• Monitoring detail of projects based on Master Schedule to keep on time schedule.
• Communicate the requirement of the project related with Lay out/station list, Documents, Jigs/Tools & Equipment’s are fulfilled before project implementation.
• Coordinate the activities in regards of preparation facility, equipment, tools & materials which required for project implementation.
• Coordinating regular communication with all related department to ensure the fulfillment of project requirement.
• Fulfillment continues improvement to achieve efficiency & effective in Assembly Production Process.
• Coordinate and organizing Problem solving analysis during preparation phase for Assembly Production Process.
• Individual responsibility to ensure the working result is correct before deliver to the next process or customer.
• Ensuring work directly contributes to the company’s business objectives
• Operating in cross-functional or internally- based teams in regards of Project Implementation.
• Preparing & ensuring to achieve KPI of project.

Education level:

University Graduate in Industrial / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering

Experiences:

4 years’ experience in Production Engineering

• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, SMK3 and Eco Industry
