PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia is looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Head of Safety and Security with the following details:

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Safety and Security to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of safety and security within our organization, ensuring the protection of our people, property, and assets. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, and a proven track record in safety and security management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety and security-related roles.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
4. Proven experience in liaising with outsourcing companies for security personnel.
5. Strong knowledge of safety and security regulations and best practices.
6. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
9. Proficient in using security systems and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive safety and security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
2. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate security threats.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
4. Oversee security operations, including managing security personnel and coordinating with outsourcing companies.
5. Investigate and respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
6. Promote a proactive safety and security culture and maintain current knowledge of industry best practices.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in safety and security.
