As the HR Shared Service Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our HR Shared Services team. Your role is to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management. You will lead the team, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the HR Shared Services team. Conduct regular team meetings and individual check-ins. Train team members and foster a positive work environment.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure accurate processing of HR transactions (onboarding, payroll, benefits, etc.). Handle employee inquiries and ensure quick resolutions. Monitor and maintain service quality and performance metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to improve HR processes. Collaborate with other teams to streamline HR services. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Prepare and present HR reports. Conduct audits and maintain data integrity.
  • Project Management: Lead and support HR projects. Coordinate with other HR functions to meet project goals. Track project progress and report to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years in the same role.
  • Experience in payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
