A Financial Business Plan Manager (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the financial business plans of an organization. 

Responsibilities :

– Analyze and judge the accounting treatment of new businesses or major events of the company and its subsidiaries, and provide professional accounting treatment opinions for specific businesses.

– Complete the filling of the management and operation analysis report, collect and submit the required data as required.

– Familiar with financial systems and have the ability to directly retrieve data from the system.

– Independent docking with business departments and other work, providing clear information and logic, with strong organizational and coordination abilities.

– Issue management analysis reports every month and conduct analysis of management and financial reports.

– Budget analysis, conduct annual and quarterly budgets, and fully discuss the rationality of the budget with the business department.

– Ability in Data Analysis, independently completing clear data and summarizing problems.

To succeed in this Financial Business Plan Manager you will need to have the ability to a combination of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications :

– Bachelor’s degree or above in finance and accounting or related majors.

– Strong written expression and self-learning ability, good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and understanding of financial systems

– 3 years of financial BP work experience, specific financial system switching and docking ability, familiar with cross-border e-commerce business is preferred; working in an accounting firm is preferred

– Good Communication in English, Mandarin Speaker is a must
