Established in 2004 with core business in coal transportation. We have domestic branch office in Suralaya-West Java and Satui-South Kalimantan, Tanah Grogot, East Kalimantan and we have affiliates company in Korea. With the strong corporate team, PT. Jaya Samudra Karunia began operating its first coal carrying vessel at that time with 2 Handmax and several Panamax, and up to now the company has developed to operate any kind of sea coal transportation from Special Coal Carrier (DWT 10.00 mT), Panamax (DWT 65.00 mT) and Self-propelled Floating Crane with two clam shell grab @ 25 tons and 20.00 tons/day conveyor.

Today PT Jaya Samudra Karunia has evolved from its shipping roots for coal transport to become multidisciplinary solution to provide LNG infrastructure as well as power producer with specialty in floating unit (BMPP and FSRU).

Our company has an important role in the growth of the LNG Infrastructure in Indonesia by delivering the first Mini-LNG infrastructure even in Asia.
