Requirements

• Assist with process documentation, project management, program coordination, on matters such as onboarding, employee engagement, employee development etc.
• Understand the company HR policies, and provide support and answers to employees’ queries.
• Provide data analysis support on people-related matters.
• Improve employee experience by organising and promoting culture-related activities.
• Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• A background in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Communications, or business-related degree.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written), systematic thinking, attention to detail.
• Proactive and willing to take on challenges.
• Responsible and positive work attitude with good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment.
