Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering is a MUST
- At least 5 years experience in General Affair Supervisor or Facility Management Supervisor
- Deep knowledge in building maintenance, Service Level of Agreement, office needs, and timeline management
- Strong capability in IT (network, hardware, etc)
- Have HSE Certification is preferrable
Tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Supervise and lead a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to general affairs
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
