We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Logistic Admin to join our team and help streamline our logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process Client’s purchase orders, delivery orders, and other relevant documents.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Provide regular updates on order status and delivery schedules to the sales and accountant.
  • Conduct inventory monitoring and stock opname.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments and deliveries.
  • Assist in planning and implementing logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus with min. 3 IPK
  • Proven experience as a Logistic Admin or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English will be a plus point.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and stock-taking procedures.
