Job Description:

We are dedicated to delivering world-class support to our business users through our Enterprise Applications Service Desk. This is an exciting new role and we’re aiming to recruit someone with desire to learn and implement automation & improvements in our Service Desk Tech Stack. This role will be ideal for someone with existing Atlassian Administration experience and/or Microsoft Power Platform experience. Using this experience, you will help us improve our configuration of our Tech Stack in the Service Desk by using Power Automate to implement automations via API/Connector between Jira and our other CRM and ERP systems. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the configuration, security, and efficiency of our ITSM Platform (Jira Service Management).
  • Manage the design and configuration of Power Automate flows so that we can automate some of our service requests using Power Automate between Jira & our other CRM/ERP systems.
  • Work closely with the Service Desk Manager, Design Authority, and other Service Desk team members to identify opportunities for optimisation of our processes before building automations.
  • Create high quality documentation for the processes that our team executes, alongside documenting the automations implemented. 
  • Collaborate with other Application Specialists supporting CRM and ERP systems.
  • Ensure excellent communication and collaboration using clear notes & actions on support tickets to help with handover across Indonesia, Singapore, Europe, the UK, and the USA.
  • Perform data management activities such as imports, report creation & extracts and complete tasks delegated from senior team members to assist in project delivery.
  • Contribute to the culture of our team in Jakarta by working 2 days a week from the office on a set pattern chosen by the team.

Requirements:

  • Business proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge in business process mapping and documentation.
  • At least 1 year experience in administering Atlassian Cloud and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
  • You will be required to use both systems for this role and can learn while working.
  • Ability to plan and manage your workload, to ensure visibility of progress.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills, especially in written communications.
  • Strong documentation skills for task handover and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Proficiency in data management within ERP contexts.
  • Awareness of GDPR laws.
  • Experience in the events management industry.
  • ITIL or Service Management experience/certifications.
  • Business Process Mapping experience/certifications.
