What You’ll Do:

• Global Payroll Management: Ensure our team members across the globe are rewarded for their hard work, on time, every time.
• P&C Reporting & Analytics: Leverage data to tell the story of our team’s development, performance, and engagement.
• HRIS Mastery: Lead the charge with Rippling, setting up and optimizing everything from performance and development tools to surveys and onboarding systems.
• Contract Generation: Streamline and maintain the process of creating contracts, ensuring compliance and clarity for all team members.
• Innovative Onboarding: Design and implement an onboarding experience that seamlessly integrates new Liveneers into our culture and systems.

Who You Are:

• A Tech-Savvy Innovator who has demonstrated experience with leading-edge P&C technology, ideally within the tech sector and specifically with Rippling.
• Experienced in Fast-Scaling SAAS Companies, understanding the dynamics and needs of a rapidly growing global team.
• Analytical and Strategic, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies for P&C development.
• Knowledgeable in Employment Law, providing a strong foundation in the legal aspects of global payroll, contracts, and P&C operations.
• A Collaborative Leader who will report directly to the Head of People and Culture and work closely with a dynamic P&C team in Bali.
• A Payroll Dynamo that has experience paying people always on time and properly!
