Requirements:
- Have solid knowledge in e-commerce platforms with minimum 1-2 year experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail, with a process-driven and solution-oriented mindset
- Able to speak English and join immediately
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (including Excel, Power Point), and Google features (Google Slides, Google Sheets), particularly Excel.
- Proven experience in e-commerce or a similar role
Job Descriptions:
- Managing e-commerce official platform
- Monitor order delivery to customers
- Ensure every product is updated (image, price, description)
- Working closely with operational team, finance, social media, graphics, and other relevant departments to be shared across eCommerce platforms
- Create daily report for selling products and operational Online
