Job Description:
- Ensure that the temporary cash receipt form/cash disbursement proof form received has been filled in correctly, completely and clearly, and is accompanied by supporting documents attached and signed by the requestor and his/her superior before disbursing cash.
- Numbering the cash receipt form and proof of cash disbursement form in a certain format.
- Recap and update the Daily Cash Report for both cash transactions and disbursements, including unsettled cash transactions (temporary hanging cash).
- Responsible for the physical and availability of cash, as well as the match of the final balance per daily cash report with the physical cash on hand.
- Scan all related documents to be stored in GDrive.
- Carry out physical cash calculations at the end of each month and create related physical cash calculation reports to be submitted to the Head Office in Cakung, East Jakarta.
Requirement:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting/Finance with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF, IS A MUST.
- Have good logical thinking, detail oriented; thorough and accurate
- Able to communicate well, actively and proactively in two directions with superiors and other related divisions.
- Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Gresik, East Java.

- Working Hour: 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday), 8AM – 5PM
