We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Communication Manager to lead our offline activation efforts, identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), secure strategic partnerships for sponsorships, manage our social media presence, and expand our networking reach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing communications, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of brand management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Offline Activation:
   • Develop and execute comprehensive offline marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
   • Plan, organize, and manage events, product launches, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
   • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of offline events and activations.
   • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of offline campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
2. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management:
   • Identify and engage with influential KOLs in relevant industries to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
   • Collaborate with KOLs to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
   • Monitor and evaluate KOL performance, providing feedback and optimizing collaborations.
3. Partnerships and Sponsorships:
   • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that align with company goals.
   • Negotiate and secure sponsorship deals that provide mutual benefits for both parties.
   • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring successful execution and fulfilment of sponsorship agreements.
   • Track and report on the impact and ROI of partnership and sponsorship initiatives.
4. Social Media Management:
   • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across all platforms.
   • Create and curate high-quality content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
   • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
   • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content and strategies.
   • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, incorporating them into the overall marketing strategy.
5. Networking:
   • Leverage extensive industry networks to identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
   • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional connections and stay informed about market trends.
   • Foster a culture of networking within the marketing team, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Male Female max 35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing communications, with a focus on offline activation, KOL management, partnerships, sponsorships, and social media management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
• Experience with social media management tools and platforms.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Willing to be stationed in Bandung
